(From "FreeDictionary.com):
Adv. staggeringly - extremely
Adj. peaceful - Undisturbed by strife, turmoil, or disagreement; tranquil.
It seems ok to me, I have been to lots of places that I would consider "staggeringly peaceful". Parts of Scotland, Nepal, massive caves in America etc.

Hmmm I suppose when you say it like that it's OK; I would sooner use a more suitable adverb than staggeringly for something which is peaceful though - wonderfully, very, extremely etc etc. I think of staggering as reeling around and definitely not something peaceful. It may be correct, but I thought it quite odd.
