A child in my daughter's class didnt turn up to her party. She definitely confirmed to me she was coming (via an adult) but on the day I kept everyone waiting for 15 mins before giving up. This made the party over run and to be honest it has p1ssed me off.
We have been away since and today was the first time I have been into school so I saw the mum in question who I hardly know. She has said nothing to me, no apology no nothing. Her child told mine she didnt know when the party was which is crap because she had an invite like everyone else. Part of me wants to confront the mother but I dont know her and I dont want to look stupid! I wouldnt dream of doing that to someone else and if it were genuine would feel mortified and apologise. So should I say anything or not?
