I have just checked my car for the MOT and one of the rear fog lights is not working is that a fail or is it okay just to have the one light

If your car has two rear fog lamps, 1 nearside and 1 offside, and the nearside lamp (not testable) does not operate but the offside (testable) does, that is an MOT pass.
