whenever i wanted to go back and insert a word or correct a mistake the sentence would automatically move along,
Now if I go back to insert a word it swallows up the next space/word!
i really dont want to start rewriting out loads and loads or paragraphs!
please help its late my eye's are blurry and i got to get this finished!

Press the Insert key once.

You may have accidentally hit the "insert" key - hit it again and it should solve the problem.
