Sad to hear that this well known and liked Retailer which was founded in Liverpool some 100 Years ago may go to the wall.
I feel sorry for all the Job losses which will result.
I always liked to shop there as they had a good variety of goods on sale from TV's, Household products to clothes etc.You name it they sold it more or less.
Any one else been a regular shopper there ?
London Road in Liverpool will never be the same again if they cease trading.

Jane Norman went the other day
We have a T.J. Hughes in Romford - they took over the old C & A Stores. Real shame, I like to look around the store, have bought bits and bobs. When I went in there a few Sundays ago, I said to Mr. Den, it was very quiet and I wondered how they kept open. (:o(
off to eastbourne in 2 weeks always looked forward to shopping in tj -you are right loads of tat youjust had to look round and you could find "good stuff"
