eBay: return goods query
7 Answers
I received the goods but unfortunately there are not as described and fit for purpose.
I have returned the goods, but what I want to know is who pays for the return goods shipping fee please?

This even extends to the point that if you had to return goods to a shop in town which required a bus ride, or paying parking then you can claim the costs of the retailer.

it is actually stated in the ebay guides that the buyer has to pay the return postage costs,I bought something recently that arrived broken and the return postage would have been more that what I paid but the seller very kindly just gave me a refund after I explained that without me having to send it back,I emailed them a pictute of the item and they passed it on to their supplier for a claim.
