Time travel book

I remember reading this book about six years ago, but I can't remember who it's by. It's about a guy who can freeze time, and when he does, he sexally abuses his female colleagues. Initially, time freezes for a minute or so, but the period of "freezing" increases as the book goes on. Any ideas?
