Are there any completely free anti-spam programs out there, that don't bother you with messages to buy their 'pro' version?

It would be a bonus if the program supported two accounts.

Detection of email accounts

MDF and MDS files.....how do i burn them on to a disc?

I use the subscription version of Spamcon, but they do a restricted free version. http://dea.spamcon.org/
I never use my ntl addresses and never get any spam.
