could I be pregnant?

I'm too early to do a home pregnancy test yet but for 5 days iv had cramping (like menstural cramps) sore breasts which seem larger aswell as headaches and dizzyness. Iv had a small amount of spotting which only lasted a day, I am currently off the pill and trying to conceive. Does this sound like I could be pregnant?

I did a home pregnancy test 8 days after I conceived - and that was 15 years ago, I think tests have come a long way since then. Might be worth getting down the chemists if you're really keen to know.

That sounds like me before my period. Just do a test no one here can tell you for sure.
