If I fit side facing seats in the back of a van, do I need seatbelts, and is this legal?

Thanks for that. It looks as though it might just be easier to try and buy a van with the seats already in!

Last time (and in fact only time in 10 years) I got pulled .. copper made my mate in the back walk into town : )
i think any seats occupied while the vehicle is moving need seatbelts, and must comply with anchorage regulations, you can't just drill holes and screw the seats or seatbelts in.
