I BOUGHT SOME SAUSAGES LAST WEEK CHEAP , THEY HAVE BEEN FROZEN AND HAVE NOW THAWED OUT, I WILL COOK THEM TODAY , THING IS I DONT WANT TO EAT THEM TODAY, CAN I REFREZZE THEM, OBVIOUSLY WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN COOKED THROUGH AND COOLED DOWN .

Sausages keep for at least a week after they have been defrosted, unless they were on sell-by when purchase you can add the number of days on to the sell-by when they were frozen. Alternatively, I have successfully refrozen sausages. Although I would serve them with gravy after you re-heat them as they can dry out a bit. Good luck.
