Campylobacter
4 Answers
My father has managed to get campylobacter for the second time in just over a year. The first time he got it was shortly after my mother died and he was obviously very low and susceptible (sp) and he was in hospital for five days. Could he be catching this from a take away place (I suspect that he eats a lot of take aways and ready-made meals)? Thanks.

Sometimes if I eat Chicken it reacts with my tummy and I have the runs for a day or two. It seems to be if I get a pre-cooked chicken or sometimes a takeaway based chicken dish. After a day or so I am back to normal. I just stay off food and drink lots of water. It can be so painful while it lasts.
