As a Windows 7 user, I want to make Yahoo my default email but I don't want to use/download the Yahoo toolbar. Any ideas please?

There is no default email as such in Windows 7 but Microsoft offers Windows Live Mail as an email client as part of Windows Live Essentials package . You can use what you wish for your email. If by chance the Yahoo toolbar is downloaded just uninstall it using Revo Uninstaller you dont have to have it.
