THOUSANDS enter these competitions and it is a DRAW for the winners so the chances of somebody winning twice running are exactly the same as they would be for any two consecutive weeks. Furthermore the prizes would have been given out if it was not a duplication so why shoud they not be given out anyway? The Sunday Telegraph loses NOTHING by doing so. And finally, there will be MANY HUNDREDS of people who will still send off their entries and who will be quite annoyed at having wasted their postage.
If there is as many as ONE entry for this crossword, the Sunday Telegraph should still award to a prize to this entry. THAT is fairness, simply calling the crossword void because of mistake on their part is NOT.
