anyway back to the OP, weightloss should be about lifetime changes, not a cabbage soup diet until a couple of stone disappears, I personally think he looks better a bit heavier.

according to the article, he's lost 2st in 4 months, which averages out at approx. just under 2lbs a week. i always understood that a 2lb weight loss per week when on a diet is a good thing to aim for, so in that sense his weight loss seems sensible and not over the top.
personally i don't like him and never have but i think he actually looks, body-wise, very good, not too thin at all, just nice and slim.
the face and hair are another matter....yuk! definately doesn't float my boat.
