you may be able to do it with bluetooth...if you have a usb port and a wireless dongle...

Errrmmm....

I'd beg to differ on this one, Chris's answer seemed to be for video, not audio.

You just need a lead that plugs into the headphone port on the blackberry and the other end plugs into the PC audio in on your TV (assuming it's a flat screen) put the TV on the PC channel and press play on the blackberry.
