My back is so itchy

Had a mole removed from my back yesterday and it hasn't stopped itching since! It's got a dressing on it which I just want to rip off and give my back a good old scratch! Any ideas what I can do? X

Lol maybe haha. Reminds me of when I went to Rome, one of the locals decided to "give" me a handful of roses as a "present" so I took them and walked off, about 30ft down the street he was still behind me haha hounding the OH for some money hehe x
