How pray, does he intend to do this?

Is he going to introduce a ban on hoodies, will that also include the Burka?

I wonder if Boris would be taking an anti Government stance if he wasn't up for election in 9 months?

/// He is going to give police officers discretionary powers that enable them to force people to reveal their faces ///

Blimey, the police have enough problems now, carrying out 'stop and search'.

How's all this going to be accepted, down Tower Hamlets way?
Well, I assume it will be a criminal offence to refuse to take off their hoods. If they do not comply they can be arrested.

Cameron talks tough and then appoints Kennety Clarke who would allow half the present prisoners to go free. He talks tough on the EU but has done nothing to get back the powers lost to Europe.
Boris has in general done a pretty good job for London but he is limited in the use of powers . We could get Ken Livinstone back and he could appoint all his old friends to go junketting in the Caribbian to learn how to run Hackney and Clapham.

Modeller, as a Londoner, i sincerely hope we don't get Ken Livingstone back,
he is a dinosaur, as out of touch with real life as it's possible to get.
