cerazette - mini pill

this has driven me insane with hormones flying all over the place and very irregular periods. My GP suggested that i try something different and finish this pill, which i plan to. But i forgot to ask him if i can just stop half way through a packet or do i need to finish the course (as its a 28 day course and then on to the next packet i don't see that i need to finish a packet before stopping). And i know i'll have to be careful straight after stopping, don't worry. thanks x

If you want to take the chance of becoming pregnant........stop the pill now.
However if you want complete safety from pregnancy.......finish the course.

I had exactly the same problem on the Cerazette pill, so I changed to an alternative mini pill. I had to finish the packet then start the new pill immediately.
