My sky remote has no volume control

Iv just purchased a Samsung 51" HD Ready Plasma 3D TV from Currys - Modle No; PS51D495.

Can anyone help with the 4 digit number that i need to get my sky remote volume control to work.

Iv tried loads with no success.

go to interactive on your remote then customer services option 4 then program your remote option 5 you get all codes there.tells you how to set it up step by step
