Sounds like maybe a driver problem.

Have you installed all the drivers for your hardware on top of Windows 7?

Have a look in Device Manager and see if there is an asterisk/warning against any devices.

Also have a look in the Windows Event Viewer for error messages.

What is telling you to look in WER-56328?

it says....your computer has (something or other) from a problem
then i click on look for information on this then it takes me to that page ive typed out
wonder if it could be my hp printer i had a lot of probs installing that it kept saying "fatal error" then it unistalled itself with all the of crap hp inclued .i reinstalled and succeed the printer works BUT for some reason its not showing in device manager, the first time its done that

event viewer says in critical
kernel power
event id 41
task cat 63
Another very helpful windows error then, ID 41 just means an unexpected restart.

I'd disable automatic restart on system errors, at least then you should get a blue screen of death, which might give a little more information. but random restarts are normally caused by driver problems so you can also try updating all your drivers to make sure you have the latest ones for everything.
So what's wrong with using memory dump files?
Have you installed any drivers manually?
Are you using Windows drivers for graphics card .. or some other?
Look for ALL latest drivers .. particularly Graphics and System/network.
