Absolutely Ratter. Back then you could tell what the make of a car was just by seeing it come towards you. Now, (if you're interested to identify a car on the road), you have to look at the name disc on the grill. As you said, they are all the same shape. Boring.

The early Cresta had fins on the rear N/S OFF/S. Chrissa, I had a Green / Black one it was in the 60s, column 3 speed change it used to go like sht off a shovel.

i think they should bring back passcodes...or at least have the option to use one or have it disabled...as it is now, if i lose my car keys in the vicinity of the car - the cars gone as easy as that...with a code, they would simply have no chance of guessing it...

as for people saying they forgot it, well as i say you could disable it, but if you choose something memorable then you wouldnt forget it...i chose i parents phone number...no way anyone would guess that
