I find this troubling as there is no certainty the baby has been abandoned; it could have been kidnapped or sold by an unscrupulous dealer. The poor babe has no named genetic parents.

I have friends who come from Pakistan and they have said in the past that many things run differently over there, that's what I intended to mean.

this was the second part of the story.It had already been explained that baby girls (predominantly), were left outside that building (orphanage) on a daily basis! It is the reality of life there.
