There is a car parked on the other side of the road to me which restricts me getting on and off my driveway. The tax disc has expired. The vehicle never moves and it is really getting my goat!!

Hi boo - if someone was parked in front of their house on the other side of the road to me I wouldn't be able to get on our drive (combination of narrow road, big car and crap parking skills).
it doesnt stop people getting in their drive, it just makes it a bit more difficult...they just have to shunt back and forth a few times...but everyone is entitled to park somewheer...you cant expect spaces to be left clear on the other side of the road just to make things easier for you....
but joko, this is an untaxed vehicle, it should not be on the highway at all!..
I agree welsh, we have to pay road tax, so should everyone else!
Joko....in reality, if the car is not taxed the chances are it's not insured.
You can report it anonymously through this website too http://www.fixmystree...qDtjqsCFQcNtAodFV50tw
yes but its only just expired...could just be a slip of the mind...easily done...this instant 'call the police' thing is just spiteful...at least give them a chance to rectify it
