I saw most of the documentary that just finished. It's good to be reminded just how great much of their music was.

Mr Sunflower2 is texting me telling me to watch but I never can get into them...it's a load of noise I don't get. Maybe you have to be smoking something to appreciate this but it is awful

Fabulous stuff. Even now, the first few minutes of Shine On You Crazy Diamond still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

Not exactly a Floyd fan but I love this.

sunflower68 - perhaps you should start on one of the more sonically accessible albums like 'Dark Side Of The Moon. Listen all through twice, and see if you've changed your mind.

I adore the Floyd, saw them eight times, and miss them every day.
