I have upped my fluid intake. I have slim fast for breakfast and lunch then a dinner in the evening. Also snack on fruit in between times.

Has it got aspartame in. It's a sweetener and can make you dizzy as it does me in Diet Bitter lemon which I now don't drink.

Give it up hollie try slimmers world instead ....you can venhave a glass of wine or chocy and loose weight.

no because i wouldn't use it, advice from a dietician helps, and her advice is don't touch this stuff.

No, I love the stuff. I couldn't stick to a 'normal' diet as there is so much I don't like and cream cheese and lettuce leaves are not my idea of food. I do make sure I drink plenty of water though.
