Name that cartoon...

This cartoon popped into my head the other day and I need help remembering the title!!

I remember these green characters that had big ears and flew around on "magic" leaves... they lived in a forest and there was a wizard there who I think created dreams or something. Their enemy was a giant lizard thing who was helped by a mad scientist type character...
