and i'm not doing mince icecream with custard/jelly or mushrooms

Slice potato, lengthways and not chip-style. Deep fat fry if you like. Layer with the mince, add cheese sauce. Bung in the oven et voila, Noshki:)

well, it all went a bit wrong, i was shifting some stuff at work and did my back in so couldn;t face standing up and cooked so we ordered a pizza and by the time it had come i had taken so manypainkillers i was in bed :-(
