ears ringing ....why?

Recently my ears ring when I bend over to tie shoes/ pick up somehting off floor ....the ringing can last for hours and sometimes a day or two.... anyone else ever get this?

It is worthwhile consulting your doctor - if it is
- Distressing - for most people it is an annoyance, but in severe cases can even lead to suicide.
- Pulsatile - If it follows a heartbeat pattern then it can be a symptom of very high blood pressure (and other things) and needs to be checked by your GP
- Unilateral - If it is only ringing in one ear - then it is probably nothing - but worth checking with your GP to make sure that it is nothing out of the ordinary.
Most tinnitus is nothing to worry about - but check with your GP if you have any concerns
