For the last few months there has been scaffolding outside my building now there is asbestos on the sidewalk.I know they are trying to improve the situationbut come on.Has any one else served on submarine duty whilst caulking is going on.its deafening.i am losing my mind.

Health & Safety ought to be governing what's happening on your pavement/ sidewalk. Tell your council.

are you in the uk? I ask because sidewalk is not a common expression here. I also don't get it - are you in a submarine or a building?

caulking is a routine duty when sub is drydocked gets rid of molluscs etc
