I am trying to get rid of Adobe 9.3.3 and this message comes up= This patch could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer patch package. Any help would be appreciated. Why do they make things so difficult?

How are you trying to remove it? Are you using its own uninstall facility (if it has one), or are you in Control Panel...?

Once you've finally got rid of it, download and install this: http://www.foxitsoftw...om/Secure_PDF_Reader/

It's better than Adobe Reader in every way.
