Whats the best way to start an answer for Relevant skills and experience, i thought of "The skills I see as being relevant to the role is" or should i just bullet point the skills and experience

Ok another question, my experience thats relevant to the job totals 10 years but its been at previous jobs and the application form only asked for last 2 employers, how would i word the letter then,
