I'm helping my friend complete an application form for a job, it's asking for oral skills (serious now please, lol). How would you word this, what do you think they want, all I can think to put is excellent command of the English language. Many thanks for any responses.

Communication skills... Being able to put your ideas and opinions across in an understandable manner.
