my yukka is sick

all the leaves are droping of my yukka tree what can i do to revive it.

If you live in an area which is now past the danger of frost, stick it outside. Don't let it bake in the sun but put it somewhere where it can get plenty of natural light. If it has been in the same pot (and soil) for a while, give it a weak feed of houseplant fertiliser when you water it. Cross your fingers and hope for the best.
