I got a sandwich toaster for christmas and it is my new best friend! However, I have a limited imagination when it comes to what to put in them. The only things i do are
-Brie and mango chutney/cranberry jelly
-Cheddar and tomato
-Cheddar and ham
Any faves to reccomend?

I love the crispiness of the outside, but wow burnt my mouth loads of time, ended up with blisters but well worth it. Trying to lose weight so cleaned it out and put it away. I love mine on currys the dried ones with a little bit of moisture. Mince meat curry, you can add peas, you only need a table spoon in each you can have more.
Cauliflour and potato curry, just break it up smaller on a plate with a teaspoon before putting it on the bread.
My fav is cheese and tomatoes but it has to be tin tomatoes because they are moist and give this better flavour than fresh. I use fresh for everything else even currys. I open a whole tin to use one tomatoe between two sandwhiches.
Cheese and beans not my cup of tea, even though I have had them made for me not bad though.
Don't stuff them in because you won't be able to close them and also they tend to leak out at the back into your wires and stuff, so keep it to a minimum.
I had to try and open the whole thing and clean it, what a nightmare. By the way I am the only one who cleans it. Filthy people.
