Pizza bases and eggs!
20 Answers
I make my own - either dough based or potato based. However, I would like to encourage the little man for whom I make these bases to eat eggs - anyone got any ideas how I could incorporate eggs into the base so that he doesn't know they are there?
The potato based recipe looks the most likely. I normally mash the spuds with butter and then stir in some SR flour. Instead of butter do you think an egg would work? Or do you think it might make it hard?
Any suggestions, please?

To freeze whole eggs, break them into a bowl and beat a little to blend. Tip into a freezer bag or airtight plastic container and use within three months - freeze them in small batches, as these will be most useful, and be sure to label the number of eggs that go into each freezer bag. Whites and yolks can also be frozen separately. Egg whites just need tipping into freezer bags, whereas egg yolks need a pinch of salt or sugar beaten in (depending on whether they'll be used for sweet or savoury dishes later). This will stop them from thickening too much upon freezing. Defrost frozen eggs in the fridge overnight and use them straightaway.
Sinderella - that's a great recipe. Thank you.
No Boxy, he wouldn't eat an omelette (unfortunately). He will eat a limited range of foods because of his autism and learning difficulties (he will eat about 6 things) so getting vitamins and his five a day inside him is a bit of a challenge! I have to keep him out of the kitchen when I am being devious because if he knew what I was doing he wouldn't eat the food I cook.
