MM Links Results December 2011 Week 3

The game has now ended and the scores have been added up.

I can now reveal that King John's chosen links were:

Thank goodness for popular pantomimes.

I was so afraid of us having yet another low scoring week but I needn't have worried, you were all in a festive mood.

SNOW QUEEN was first spotted by ulysses100 with beejay1124, rockfordill, patchett and lysander in tow - all for 2 points. 13 others later picked up a single for this popular choice.

Three minutes into the game there was a unique choice of GREEN FINGERS by Centrino.

Also at 9:03, a pair of stretcher bearers from the RED CROSS turned up in the guise of Middlestump and Kettledrum (2 points each). Fortunately, no first aid was required later because this link found no further fans.

The final link of BLUE CHEESE lasted nearly an hour and a half until Euphemia came along

There were just two double-hitters this weekend. Euphemia and Regward both opted for the same two ('snow white' & 'blue cheese') but Regward has a handicap to getting his links posted early which allowed Euphemia to be first ans so . . .
