Suffering Charisma loss?....read this:

I have been happily posting, and answering questions on Answerbank, for quite some time. All of a sudden, people's attitudes have started to deteriorate. What's the matter with some of you? All had personality by-passes or something?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Nelli, I've quickly learnt to ignore answers that I consider inappropriate. I've had a trawl through the site archives and note that questions such as yours are posted regularly, often after a flurry of sarcastic or unhelpful answers. There will always be some clown who thinks he / she is funny whilst others think that he / she is just a plank. The AB Ed seems to do a good job of sorting them out, but you will also see that he gets his fair share of flack as well. My advice is to try to ignore those that annoy you in the hope that they will go away.
I'm hoping that I'm not one of your "attitude" people because I've been doing a lot of posting recently whilst I've had a lot of free time !!

Well. you gotta have disagreement for debate, like i'm disagreeing now; doesn't mean i dislike you in any way - i do like you. :-)
So, apart from the odd 'default player' outburst, i can't say i've noticed much 'mardy bums' on this site with one notable exception, 'previously fair now janus type' but of course we all have off days, (weeks?) Or is it me, Nelli, am i the one? - Y'know before, we've had pedantics who can spell, fake callers and political donkeys from belgium.. I do notice more stupid and wishywashy questions than before but maybe that's the new direction; nothing stays the same. Still plenty of politeness about though. and good expert knowledge :-)

Nelli the question that precedes yours asks *why does my mate have a bald head* . If that is not just inviting some of the best crazy answers from Answerbankers I don't know what would. I must admit that I often think that some of the questions are just a wind up from people with nothing better to do or with very small minds.
Nelli maybe it would help if you could give some examples ( without crucifying anyone ) because personally I find it hard to find evidence to support your claims. In my limited experience of Answerbank I have found everyone to be courteous and most helpful. I also enjoy the wit and sarcasm that some of the questions provoke.
You say that you have been posting questions and answers on answerbank for some time. I've been reading this web site for some time. Until now I have not been moved to make a posting because I have thought that I've had nothing to add to the debate. I now feel that I must jump in to thank all the people who offer answers and advice to what are often the most difficult and complex questions. It seems to me that very few go unanswered. There is evidence of some site humour which takes a bit of time to get used to and also the occasional anonymous person who has nothing sensible to say, but apart from that all I can see is a very good and helpful site. I shall look forward, in the future, to the questions and answers that you, Nelli, are happily posting and try to guess your state of mind. I don't mean to be unkind with anything that I've said but perhaps you have been missing something when you have been reading what others have written. I hope that you will continue to enjoy the Answerbank as much as I do.
