as far as I know its safe, I have been online banking for a few years and bar withdrawing money you can do most everything online!

Same here, no problems to report with my banks on-line service, as for the bank in general, well that's a different story.

Been with TSB for years online. One tip...don't let them have an email address if you can help it...you won't then get any scam emails....BUT if you do have to register with an email (I didn't)....then use an exclusive one only for the bank......and do not use it for anything else. I love using online banking, it's so convenient and we only go to the bank for cash withdrawals and paying in checks et al.
