'New' x box

Boy #2 had a new x box for Christmas. However, on the bit where you choose which profile to use there is his and two others that we didn't put in. Is this usual of could the x box have been used by someone previously? (The box it came in is not bashed but we can't remember if the was any plastic wrapping or stickers holding it shut.) Thanks

It was brand new from PC World.

All I got for Christmas was some crushed cardboard.

It was an Ex Box.

Do the other "profiles" have names?

Yes - cant remember what they are though (it was my husband that noticed). Didnt have anyone else's names on the old x box that this one replaced.

There shouldn't be any other profiles unless this is a refurbished or ex display model. All brand new 360s will have no profiles until you enter your own. I would be on the phone to PC World first thing tomorrow demanding a replacement if it were me.
