Our Hotpoint does uo to 1200 revs per minute (20 per second),but thats on the final spin. So 9 is possible but,as you say,unlikely

I seem to be suffering from UDMS (Unsolved Ditloid Madness Syndrome) Symptoms include irrational thoughts such as "9 sultanas per square-inch on a rock cake" or "9 Squeezes per spot on a ripe carbuncle" Roll on 31st December. (P.S last post should have been Lie-In King)
