Volenteer work experiance within the forensic investigations sector
Hello,
I am currently a second yera university student studyin forensic science and investigation studies and am looking for any work experiance within this sector. I would be interested in Lab work or investigation work however, due to the confidentiality and legal matters, there are not many organisations that allow you to carry out any work even volenteer/shadowing work. However, i was just wondering i anybody knew any work experiance that could help me?

You could also try the Public Analyst nearest to your uni. There are 32 accredited laboratories around the UK and you can locate your nearest on the following website:

Have you thought about museums? some of the larger ones do their own lab work and there may be a project that needs support in the technical dept, Friends nephew got into dna extraction from mummies teeth and examining the remains for signs of old injuries etc and similar... forensic anthropology I think it is classed as
