But does he have the scot's accent JJ? I am lucky, mine looks lush in a kilt and has the "twang" to go with it. Add in the fact that his father was portuguese and I've got slightly swarthy scot with european passion. Wahay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AYG ... I don't know if Scotland should split. It's like about a thousand miles to the Scottish border from here. Why would I worry? Personally, I think WE should be independant down here on the coast!

He's Swiss, with an Italian mum, so the Scottish element is not noticeable, LOL.

Much as I'd love it to happen neither country can afford the split, it would be economic suicide. Anyway What's wee Eck's idea of splitting the UK then jumping into alliances with Europe...why would anyone in their right mind want to be part of the EEC
