dinner for veggies

hi, having 2 veggies round for dinner tonight and want to cook them something proper "veggie" rather than meat substitute (ie quorn)
She is pregnant so no un pastuerised cheese etc. Any ideas?

they do eat dairy, they are vegetarians, not vegan

I said 'if'. Some vegetarians don't eat dairy,just as some don't eat fish.And no-I am not talking about vegans.
