Can anything realy be sterile?
I read that there is a certain worm that can life in boiling water. Is there any true way that will kill any and all things (Viruses, Bacteria, Mold, Life, etc...)?

I doubt you'll find extremophile s lurking in a plastic honey bottle, as the name suggests they like extreme conditions.
Best bet is hot (not boiling because you might distort the plastic) water and washing up liquid. Might not be 100% sterile but plenty good enough for most purposes.

Nescio, it does not ''leave only the really nasty virulent ones''. By the ''nasty virulent ones'' I take it that you mean the ones that cause disease, in fact pathogenic bacteria are probably more susceptible to chlorine than the majority of non pathogenic bacteria which are tough little bugs which live out in the wide world and not in a comfortable human body.
In hospitals and dentists instruments are sterilised with steam under pressure in an autoclave. The pressure allows steam reach a higher temperature than at atmospheric pressure usually aound 130C. This is guaranteed to kill bacterial spores which are extremely resistant to other means of sterilisation.
