Its called the Regina Monologues but I do not think its out on DVD yet

It's on 'Around the World in 80 D'ohs'

There are 4 episodes on it - '30 Minutes over Tokyo' 'Blame it on Lisa' 'Simpson Safari' and 'The Regina Monologues'
