Cooked pheasant

Anyone got any good recipes to use up cooked pheasant?

These are nice and would work OK with pheasant. I couldn't find AKA didn't look very hard for a British link.

Heavy cream is double cream and although not relevant canola oil is rapeseed oil.

Buy a packet of all butter puff in the supermarket.

I enjoyed a wonderful pheasant dish,just the other day..the luscious Red wine sauce made it special! :-)
