Is there a simple way to insert the date and time into one or two Excel cells (Excel 2010) so that the date and time automatically update?

NOW() in cell
=today()
sorry, wrong version XL.
TODAY() gives just the date

Try "today" function
=now()
ah - but mine is2007 :+()
Type into the cell the formula
=TODAY()
so is mine but I need the = sign for it to work.......
