What is the U.S. Marine's diet? I was told if a marine's has been out of the service for a while the marine corp will put him on this to drop the weight quickly so he can go back active. Are you familiar with this?

I know the diet. I�m from Chile in South America. You can find the diet in this link, but is in spanish. The name of the diet is "Dieta de la Fuerza Aerea"
