I had beans on toast and malteesers for brekkie
then I had a big salad with sweetcorn and salmon when I got in,
then soup and half a bagette,
then a twix.
bag of grapes
packet of crisps.
Not sure what to have for lunch though......probably some chips !
She stays approx a size 10 I could kill her sometimes though
I used to be like that (size 8 and just over 8st) before the menopause kicked in. I'm now size 12 bottoms and 14 top and can't shift a single bloody pound no matter how little I eat. I can still eat lots of bad and fattening stuff and my weight doesn't go up (from 9st 9lb) either though
my sis is just the same. She eats loads of roasts pots with her lunch and practically lives on crisps sandwiches. When we were younger we all used to call her olive oyle from popeye cos she looked just as thin, and shes not altered much in 50 years. Lifes just not fair. Ive always been the plump one and Ive always been more sporty than the rest of em too !!
My elder sister is like that. Eats what she likes and never puts on weight. Makes me sick (not literally or that would make me bulimic). I have struggled with my weight since I was very young and could never work it out when we ate the same things?
She probably worries about her weight just as much as us, trouble is when I lose a few pounds I start wondering if I've got some awful illness even though I know its because I've been good for a few days.
